Distributed Website Corporation, dba rSchoolToday, is a 22 year old Minnesota-based company that provides hosted Web-based software applications for K-12 schools in the “software as a service” (SaaS) model. rSchoolToday currently serves over 4,500 schools nationwide with 16 different Web-based software programs. Each program was built specifically for K-12.

rSchoolToday has delivered 99.92% up-time over the last 14 years across all rSchoolToday programs and currently serves well over 1 billion page views annually.

rSchoolToday is PCI Compliant and also HIPPA compliant regarding Student data and Health History. All Student Information pages are secure using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

Health or personal information is stored on rSchoolToday Servers but ownership of such data belongs to the schools.

rSchoolToday does not access or share student data in any way or for any reason other than to serve the needs and requests of our Schools.

The school administrators, from their secure control panel, can choose who gets access to such data and can terminate rights to view student data at any time.

Student Health History and Data is not shared in any public view on any rSchoolToday program. 


The Wardlaw Hartridge School Privacy Statement 

Through the administration of this site, The Wardlaw-Hartridge School will not obtain personally identifying or confidential information about students enrolled at the School, unless parents voluntarily choose to provide such information to us.  However, confidential student  information may be disclosed to the Head of School, appropriate administrators, outside professionals, law enforcement officers, parents/guardians and others when there is a compelling reason for doing so, including, without limitation, in cases of health and safety emergencies (when students or others are in imminent danger of harm); when there is concern about an individual’s ability to function academically, emotionally, physically, and/or mentally within the School environment; or when legal requirements demand that confidential information be revealed. The School will exercise reasonable care not to disclose personally identifiable information to outside parties, and will not share or sell any such information to third parties.
